Safety and Security Wounds led to me not trusting myself and lacking the confidence that I thought I had.
Deeply submerged in fears that have made it feel impossible to show up and fully be myself, courageously and unapologetically.
Overthinking and overfeeling everything that requires me to be in those aspects of myself.
Safety and Security Wounds had me feeling like I was too much, so I fragmented me.
Walking on eggshells…
Never wanting to give anyone the power to make me feel powerless.
Vulnerability felt like an enemy because of the weakness that I couldn’t shake.
And at times I still can’t shake…
The inclination to protect myself felt/feel dire.
Yet, I felt/feel at times unable to …
Like the fire is there, but I feel impaired…
Immobilized at the thought of showing up in it.
I feel incapable at times to look out for myself and in many ways…
I don’t want to have to fend for myself…
Furthering the feeling of being diminished…
Dim…
This makes me so infuriated to the point my body is stressed from the overload of that emotion.
I am …
Have been dismantled in ways that make integrations appear improbable in my life,
Even with knowing I am at the final stages of it…
Feeling unsafe and insecure has deprived me of joy, happiness, peace, love (from self), calm, flow, and beingness that is rightfully mine…
I am demanding my free from these wounds that have clung to my core for most of my life.
I am and will no longer be a victim to them.
I have yearned far too long to breathe…
I have been longing to exhale…
Exclaiming to be seen, felt, witnessed, experienced as wholly as I am…
Because I Am.
