Daily writing promptWhat daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Everyday I make it a priority to write atleast 5 things I am grateful for throughout the day. I’ve been doing this since 2021 but became super consistent last year. Finding reasons to be in gratitude especially, on the more tougher days, aid me in remaining grounded. If all we have is the here and now , then gratitude is a reminder that my prosperity lies in the present moment. And I am grateful for that .
