The greatest gift that someone could give me is the gift of being present. Presence is highly underrated and appears to be on the brink of extinction. I’m kidding on the extinction part … or am I?
Presence should be the basis of connecting and communing with folks, but it’s rarely ever a factor. And I’m not talking about just being physically present because even with that, a lack of presence can exist. Honestly, that has to be the worst way to experience it.
Presence goes beyond words and action; It is energy infused with intentionality. Presence is expansive, and when it’s made available to you, it’s indisputable.
